"Our technician Rob Miller was exceptional and very knowledgeable! I explained what happened right before our unit stopped working, the few things I had tried to troubleshoot, and within 5 mins he identified the issue (a blown fuse). He quickly changed the fuse, and checked that our unit was running well. Took the time to double check that the there were no secondary issues, gave me some great tips to keep my unit running smoothly, and to prevent costly repairs."

"One hour AC has come to our rescue twice now. They are the most prompt and punctual service i have ever used. When they say they will be there, they mean it. Their service techs are courteous, polite, and very professional. These guys know their stuff! Even the people answering your calls are great. This is an old school customer driven business that really appreciates their clients. I had a blown fan motor today and their tech Robert worked under pouring rain to it get it fixed. I was so happy i am now on their service plan because honestly I will not call anyone else. If your AC is down call One Hour! You will not be disappointed."

"Our air conditioners constantly have draining issues so we often have techs from One Hour Air out to service them. Elton came out today and was polite, efficient and super knowledgeable. He suggested a fix that not all of the other techs suggested and worked with the service manager to confirm the fix would work. We are very happy with the service we get from One Hour AC."
