"Lee and Frank was awesome. They came to my house around 1500 and stayed until the work was done. There was some wiring issues that caused my AC head units to not work properly. They were professional and seem to luv there job. I give them 5 stars for work ethics but three stars for company's practice as they offered to sell me $600 thermostat where I could of bought the same one from Home Depot for$100. Just an inside tip..I know it's just business but upselling a product 600% due to convenience is a bit high."

"One hour air has become our go to heat and air company, we had used the company that installed the unit on our home for over 3 years, but continued to call them out for the same issue (4 times between Feb and Mar). One hr came out diagnosed and fixed the issue, they have had to return to correct another issue that was not properly addressed by other company. Every person we have dealt with has been pleasant, courteous, and taken time to walk through everything with us. Frank, our tech today was amazing."

They are always reliable, and if you have an emergency situation for one of the following products I mentioned they will make every effort to get someone out same day. They always send you a text before they have a technician come out with a photo too of who to expect at your door for service which adds peace of mind. I have worked with their technician Erik for my a/c maintenance and he is incredible! Very knowledgeable and does amazing work. I would recommend this company to any home owners in the area."
