"Ive had One Hour H&A visit and assist on an issue twice now and both times the techs have been nothing but polite and courteous! Both times my issue was resolved timely, but not just a fix and leave. They communicated and explained what was happening. I felt very much in the loop and a lot of the anxiety of AC issues was eliminated! Even the phone staff was kind and timely on setting up my appointment.
