"Had a really good visit with Scottie. He was very helpful and informative. He asked about our filters and I told him we had 4. The two he had with him was the 20x25 and 14 square. When we had 2 returns installed, they also required 2 14 square filters and he didn’t have these filters so those didn’t get changed. I’m sure they’ll probably be ok until the next time. If y’all think they might need to be changed before next time please let me know. Thanks."

"I was pretty skeptical of all the positive reviews I’ve seen. But I have to come clean, by far the best experience I’ve had as a first time home owner. My fiancé and I came home from work with our upstairs at 85°, down stairs at 80° and two panting pups. I called out to several places in the surrounding area. These were the only people able to help me not day of, THE NIGHT of my AC going out. It’s 11:45pm and Justin just left my house with the air conditioning blowing colder than it was when we bought the place!! Excellent service. Beyond knowledgeable. The original tech couldn’t get out to my house and he went out of his way to come out to my place to ensure we were taken care of. It’s not if, but WHEN more problems arrive in the future, these are the folks I’m calling to get the job done. They came to my house at 11:00 at night and fixed my A/C. What else do you need to know? The prices are more than fair. Straight forward. They aren’t pushy. I bought a service plan because it’s the same cost as all the stuff you’d buy to do it yourself. And they come out twice a year to check everything. And you get discounts on a bunch of services when you’re on the service plan. Call them. Get your system fixed. Stop Stressing Get some sleep. He let me shadow him and he explained everything that he did in great detail and he gave me pointers on how to maintain my HVAC system according to the proper schedule. I forgot the gentleman's name but according to him it was only his second day at the company.
