Installation on the Day You Say
If you choose us, we’ll arrive on the day you say and install it in one day. We’ll spend an extra 1 to 2 hours inspecting and calibrating your unit to peak efficiency. It’ll blow strong and cool for years to come.
Geothermal air conditioning
We also specialize in geothermal system installation. It’s quite a bit more expensive than a traditional air conditioner, but the reduction in energy bills can offset the higher cost in the first few years and then put money in your pocket every year after that. Not to mention, it’s the most painless form of cooling and heating for our environment, which is really cool.
The right size ductwork
We’re inclined to do air conditioning the right way. That means making sure you have the right size duct return and proper ductwork. The right size duct returns make your air conditioner work smoother, breakdown less often and last longer. They also can save you 25% – 40% in energy use.
Proper ductwork eliminates hot and cold spots, doors swinging open and shut and loud noise every time your air conditioner turns on. Most companies don’t want to do this work, ‘cause it’s hot and hard. We just think you deserve real comfort that pays for itself. So we inspect and repair or replace ducts that leak or are improperly installed.
Our Whole House Promise, 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed
We won’t recommend things you don’t need. If anything we recommend and install doesn’t improve your home’s comfort or efficiency, we’ll replace it within one year or give you 100% of your money back.

Do you need a replacement or a repair?
When there is something wrong with your unit, you may not know if it will be a simple repair or if the whole unit needs replacing. When a professional technician comes to your home, they will inspect the unit and calculate an estimate for what the repair and/or replacement costs will total.
If you notice any of these signs, you may need to prepare yourself for a complete replacement:
- Unit is leaking refrigerant
- Unit needs a new compressor
- Unit is around ten years old
- Recently added more space to the home
If your unit is leaking refrigerant, it may require new refrigerant lines. This can be a costly repair, and may not be worth it for an older unit. If your unit is new, however, you may check the warranty to see if this repair is covered. If you aren’t sure what type of liquid is leaking from your unit, seek a professional assessment before diagnosing on your own.
Compressor replacements can also be costly, and may not be worth it for an older unit. There are many reasons why a compressor fails. A skilled technician can search for clues and try to fix the issue before proclaiming it completely dead. Replacing a compressor on an older unit is like replacing the engine on an old car. It may run again for a little longer, but eventually the other parts will start wearing down too. That costly repair might not have been worth it in the long run.
Ten years is the average lifespan of an air conditioning unit if it has been properly maintained. That means, yearly services have been performed and it experienced a normal amount of use. If your unit is nearing the ten year mark or is already older than ten years and it starts having big problems, it may be time to replace it rather than try to repair. After ten years, more internal parts will start to wear down and need replacing, which can add up quickly in a short amount of time. Most of the time it is more cost-effective to replace a unit rather than gamble with costly repairs.
If you recently added more space to your home, your air conditioning unit may not be powerful enough to cool the new square-footage of your home. Our professionals can take measurements of your home and compare that with the output of your air conditioning unit to see if you need an upgrade. An inefficient air conditioner can translate to higher energy bills, as it is having to work harder to cool a larger space. If your home’s environment isn’t meeting your preferences, a new unit could be the solution.
Not all air conditioning issues require immediate replacement, however. The signs listed below may be stemming from a different issue and don’t necessarily mean you need a new unit.
- House not cooling down enough
- House not cooling down quickly enough
- Clanking or knocking sound coming from the unit
- Bad odors coming from vents
If your home is not reaching your ideal target temperature quickly enough or at all, there may be a leak in the ducts, the thermostat could be faulty, or the air filter may need changing. A technician will check these potential causes before suggesting a total unit replacement.
Loud noises and bad smells are always of concern, but sometimes they are for less dramatic reasons than you may think. If something minor has broken inside of the unit, it can create loud noises, but may be a simple and cheap repair. While dirty ducts and burnt wires cause bad odors to come through your vents, the solutions are simply clean the ducts and/or replace the burned wires. No need to replace the unit over these quick fixes. However, you may still need a professional to diagnose and repair the specific problem.
